Being the architect of your development
Context
Both in our private and our professional life we need to deal at an ever increasing pace with new challenges and choices that we need to make. The more we can take this process into our own hands, the more satisfying it will be. It is of essentially importance that the choices that we make in our professional life are closely aligned to our values in life in general.
However, there is more to it than just ourselves. We work within an organization and a team which has its own objectives and which takes its own direction.
The challenge is to dovetail as much as possible our personal objectives with those of the organization we work in so as to make them reinforce each other.
