Stefan received a Master of Social Work and Education  from the KULeuven. Afterwards he combined a postgraduate course in organization science and his doctorate research about learning processes within teams. He worked as a team coach and researcher for the « Center for training and professional development and lifelong education”. Currently he combines his work teaching at the KuLeuven (Campus Kortrijk) and his freelance work  with Kenaz.
