Kenaz has a method to map the potential of your staff and to facilitate processes of internal promotion. In the development centre we use a blended strategy, combining questionnaires, interviews, testing and assessment centre. Applying this blended method results in a result that is more realistic and more valid, compared to using only one or a few of these approaches. For this strategy, Kenaz falls back on years of experience in the use of development centre.
